POSTAGE
Performance 3000 believe that ALL customers should only have to pay REASONABLE POSTAGE CHARGES.
That's why many of our items have FREE CARRIAGE.
The prices listed below are simply our GENERAL POSTAGE PRICES, please refer to the individual listing for an exact postage price as many listings have lower prices or free carriage.
If you buy more than 1 item we will always try to combine postage for all items with a TOTAL weight of less than 25 kg.
We have to charge carriage on some items due to their weight, size, availability or depending upon where we are sending them to. For these items, we have secured excellent deals with couriers ensuring that carriage costs are as cheap as possible and that sent items are both insured and trackable. This fits in perfectly with the Performance 3000 ethos of quality products at amazing prices.
Our Main couriers are Parcel Force and the Royal Mail. When you buy an item we need your contact telephone number to pass on to the courier in case they need to contact you when trying to deliver.
Royal Mail - these items are always sent by recorded delivery.
Parcel Force - these items are trackable online via their website with hourly updates.
Paypal - We only post to either the address listed on Paypal or the registered credit card address. However, we can post to both the confirmed and unconfirmed Paypal addreses. Goods paid for by Paypal cannot be collected in-store.
When paying by Paypal you can select to pay by E-Cheque as an option or if there is a discrepancy with your card, Paypal will automatically select it for you. This is a slow method of payment so please read the screen carefully if you do not wish to use it.
In-store Collection - items can be collected from our retail showroom but please contact but please contact us before collection to confirm that the goods are in stock. Please note that if you pay by Paypal you can NOT collect goods in-store.
International Buyers - if your location is
not listed, please CONTACT US BEFORE YOU BUY and we will be more
than happy to advise you of the shipping cost to your location. Please note that all non UK items will not be despatched until we have a confirmed telephone contact number. You must also provide us with your FULL POSTAL ADDRESS. If this is incomplete items will not be posted as couriers refuse to post to incomplete addresses. If you have any doubts please contact us for advice.
Paypal's E-Cheque - when using this payment method please be aware that payment will not clear for between 10 to 15 days. When paying by Paypal you can select to pay by E-Cheque as an option or if there is a discrepancy with your card, Paypal will automatically select it for you. This is a slow method of payment so please read the screen carefully if you do not wish to use it. If you pay by E-cheque we will not hold on to stock whilst awaiting payment to clear. If we have no stock left or have incurred a price increase between the time you make payment and the time your payment clears we will fully refund your payment.
Whilst we make every effort to make sure that items are despatched as early as possible please DO NOT book your vehicle into a garage or make it unroadworthy before receiving the goods. Every so often delays do occur that are beyond our control. Performance 3000 will not be held responsible for any loss, whether consequential or not, howsoever caused.
Please note that GOODS WILL ONLY BE SENT AFTER FULL PAYMENT IS CLEARED.
No postal claim can be made until 14 days after the delivery date according to the couriers rules and regulations.
